Design + Build by John and Josiah Newman with interior influences from Eliza Silva. Phase 2 includes the complete renovation of the neighboring restaurant. Work include (but not limited to) site schematics/design, exterior facelift (outdoor seating, bar, pergola, and planters), the integration with Island Kitchen (also completed by JNDB). Interiors consist of live-edge reclaimed oak countertops throughout.
